Colorado Welcome Center at Alamosa

Alamosa is the hub of the vast San Luis Valley. It’s your base camp for the Great Sand Dunes National Park, two historic railroads and an authentic cultural heritage experience. Directions: From the east, travel US Hwy. 160 into downtown Alamosa, turn left on San Juan Avenue. The entrance into the parking lot is one block down from San Juan Avenue. From the west, follow US Hwy. 160 into downtown Alamosa. Follow the signs to the depot. We are at the intersection of State Avenue and US Hwy. 160.
